These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bright Lights GA website and the holiday lighting services provided by Bright Lights GA, LLC ("Bright Lights GA," "we," "us," or "our") throughout Metro Atlanta, Georgia. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Bright Lights GA provides custom residential and commercial holiday lighting, including design, installation, in-season maintenance, removal, and off-season storage. The exact scope of work for your property is defined in the written quote we provide after a design consultation. Nothing on this website is a binding offer of service at a fixed price.

Quotes and Estimates

Because every property is different, pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of features being lit, and the complexity of the design. We provide a custom quote after a consultation rather than a flat rate. A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote itself and is subject to change if the scope of work changes or if conditions at the property differ from what was assessed.

Booking and Scheduling

Installation dates are reserved on a first-come basis, and the calendar fills up quickly heading into the holiday season. Your installation is confirmed once you have accepted your quote and completed any deposit or booking step described in that quote. We will schedule your installation and communicate your date by phone, email, or text.

Access to Your Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property that are part of the display, including power sources. You are responsible for letting us know about hazards, restrictions, HOA requirements, or property conditions that could affect the installation. If our crew cannot safely access the work area on a scheduled visit, we may need to reschedule.

Equipment and Materials

Displays use Bright Lights GA's own commercial-grade LED lighting systems. Unless your written agreement states otherwise, this equipment remains the property of Bright Lights GA and is removed at the end of the season. You are responsible for reasonable care of the installed materials during the season and agree not to move, modify, or remove them yourself.

Maintenance and Repairs

Our service includes in-season maintenance for the displays we install. If a section goes out, contact us and we will arrange a repair visit. Maintenance covers normal performance of the installed system and does not cover damage caused by third parties, tampering, severe weather, animals, or other events outside our control.

Removal and Storage

We guarantee removal by January 31st. You will receive a scheduled takedown date, and you do not need to be home for removal. After takedown, the lighting material is stored off-season and prepared for the following year.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, balance, and accepted payment methods, are stated in your written quote or agreement. Services are scheduled and performed on the basis of those agreed terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation terms, including how deposits are handled, are described in your written quote or agreement. We may reschedule visits when needed for safety, weather, or operational reasons and will work with you to find a new date.

Weather and Delays

Georgia weather does not always cooperate. If severe or unsafe weather affects a scheduled installation, maintenance, or removal visit, we will reschedule it as quickly as reasonably possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other conditions beyond our control.

Insurance and Liability

Bright Lights GA carries insurance for residential and commercial installations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our work and the systems we install, as described in your agreement. Except as expressly stated, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error free.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Bright Lights GA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content without our written permission.
